Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Only the beginning...

When someone leaves the sink running, eventually the drain just won't be able to keep up. As the sink fills, it begins to slowly flow over and trickle onto the floor causing a mini flood (or a big one in this case).

Pictured is the before and aftermath from a sink overflow in an upstairs bathroom that flowed out into the hallway, down through the floors into the kitchen ceiling and light fixture, and through to the garage as well.

Our team was then called after the sink was running all night on a very stressful wet morning in their home. Upon arrival our team started right to work. Identifying all the spots that were damaged from just the one little sink.

In some cases (actually, most cases) the materials that get wet, must be removed. That was what had to happen to properly dry the areas in this home.

Our team determined the flooring in the bathroom and hallway just had to be removed along with a good portion of the ceiling in the kitchen and a piece in the garage, all before drying equipment could be placed.
