Training Doesn't Stop

Training Doesn't Stop

No matter all of the things that you think you may know. There is always plenty more to learn.

We strive to learn something new whenever we can.

Here at SERVPRO of Salem County our team is always ready and willing to take any opportunity that we can to learn more about Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration. Learning everything in the industry including but not limited to products, cleaning equipment, processes of cleaning and restoring anything, along with how to better serve our customers.

Even our office staff takes the time to go to training courses to learn the ins and outs of our business along with learning the software to provide you with the estimate information for any job.

Emergency? SERVPRO is here to help keep your business open

Emergency? SERVPRO is here to help keep your business open

SERVPRO of Salem County can help you develop an effective business continuity plan with our Emergency Ready Program. A continuity plan to help ensure that business processes can continue during a time of emergency or disaster. Such emergencies or disasters might include a fire, water or any other case where you are unable to conduct business as normal. Working together with your team we will review your current continuity plan and help educate you on our services we offer and how we can help. We will then educate ourselves on your building or facilities so if a restoration is needed, we are already a step ahead.

We are always trying to put our clients ahead of an emergency by being prepared so when an emergency happens, we already have a full plan to execute without have the consequences of rapid-fire decisions that could further harm the process of getting your business back to normal.
